Abstract

This article aims to systematically review innovations in curriculum and learning management in the digital era using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The study addresses the urgency of curriculum renewal that is adaptive to rapid technological development, global demands, and changes in learner characteristics. The literature review examines key concepts of educational innovation, curriculum management strategies, innovative learning models, and the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in improving learning effectiveness. The findings indicate that innovation in curriculum management is reflected through flexible planning, responsive organization, and the integration of digital technology in instructional implementation and evaluation. Learning innovation is manifested through the application of active learning and project-based learning, as well as the use of digital platforms to support interactive and student-centered learning environments. Furthermore, the results show that systematically designed and continuously implemented innovations contribute to improving curriculum relevance, instructional quality, and students’ competencies required to face 21st-century challenges. Therefore, innovation in curriculum and learning management is a strategic approach for educational institutions to enhance educational quality in a sustainable manner within the digital transformation context.
