Journal of Humanities, Management and Social Innovation (HARMONY) is dedicated to advancing innovative, critical, and multidisciplinary research in the fields of humanities, management, and social innovation. The journal serves as an academic platform for researchers, educators, policymakers, and practitioners to share theoretical perspectives, empirical findings, and innovative practices that contribute to social, organizational, and cultural development. HARMONY is published three times a year, in February, May, August, and November, and is committed to disseminating high-quality original research that supports innovation and sustainable development in society and management.

In Volume 1 Issue 1 (February 2026), HARMONY: Journal of Humanities, Management and Social Innovation published 10 articles authored by 36 contributors from several countries, including Indonesia, Egypt, Turkey, and India. This issue reflects the journal’s strong commitment to scholarly diversity and international academic collaboration across higher education institutions.

In Indonesia, contributing authors are affiliated with several universities, including State University of Medan, Selamat Sri University, Central Java, Institute of Community Development (APMD) Yogyakarta, University of Jember, Indonesia University of Education (Bandung), State Islamic University (UIN) Sunan Kalijaga, Yogyakarta, and Tanjungpura University, Pontianak. These institutions play an important role in advancing research and innovation in humanities, management, and social development at the national level.

International contributions come from Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt, Bartın Üniversitesi, Turkey, and Aligarh Muslim University, Uttar Pradesh, India. The diversity of institutional affiliations highlights HARMONY’s role in fostering multidisciplinary perspectives, strengthening international academic collaboration, and promoting broader knowledge exchange to support the advancement of humanities, management, and social innovation.
